RETURN POLICY

At Summa Salts, all of our products are handmade in small batches and classified as food-grade goods. Because of this, we do not accept returns to ensure the safety and quality of every item we sell.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sarah@summasalts.com, and we’ll make it right. We want you to love what you ordered — no exceptions.

We should have any replacement sent out within 2-4 business days.
