Seafood Salt Salmon Recipe

This quick and delicious salmon recipe is seasoned with Summa Salts' Seafood Salt — a handcrafted blend of lemon, lemon basil, dill, and parsley that brings coastal flavor to your table in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (skin-on or off)
  • 1 tsp Seafood Salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon (cut into wedges)
  • Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season both sides evenly with Seafood Salt.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Place salmon in the pan, skin side down if using. Cook undisturbed for 4–5 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook the other side for 2–3 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
