The Easiest Roast Chicken with Rosemary Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Place it breast-side up in a roasting dish or cast iron skillet.
  3. Rub the chicken all over with olive oil or butter.
  4. Season generously with Summa Salts Rosemary Salt — don’t forget the underside and inside the cavity.
  5. Roast for 1 hour and 10–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature at the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165°F.
  6. Let rest 10 minutes before carving. Enjoy!
