Pro Tips & Variations
- No shaker? Build directly over ice and stir 10–12 seconds.
- Sweetness: Add simple syrup 1/4 oz at a time to taste.
- Mocktail: Swap Pinot Grigio for white grape juice or a non-alcoholic white wine.
- Batching: For 6 drinks, multiply all ingredients by 6; top each glass with sparkling water just before serving.
