Ingredients
- 1 lb skirt or flank steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp Spicy Unicorn Salt
- 1 cup cooked brown rice or jasmine rice
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or salsa
- 1/2 cup corn (optional)
- 4–6 burrito-sized tortillas
Instructions
