Garlic Chive Butter Steak Bites made with Vampire Killer Salt

Garlic Chive Butter Steak Bites

Crispy seared steak bites topped with garlic chive butter and finished with Vampire Killer Salt.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip), cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil (like avocado or grapeseed)
  • 1 tsp Vampire Killer Garlic Salt
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic chives
  • Optional: crusty bread or roasted potatoes for serving

Instructions

  1. Make the Butter: Mix softened butter with chopped garlic chives. Set aside.
  2. Season the Steak: Toss steak chunks with Vampire Killer Salt. Let sit 10–15 minutes.
  3. Sear: Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high. Sear steak bites on all sides until golden and crisp.
  4. Finish: Top hot steak bites with garlic chive butter and spoon any pan juices over them.
  5. Serve: Pair with crusty bread or roasted potatoes and enjoy immediately.
