Garlic Chive Butter Steak Bites
Crispy seared steak bites topped with garlic chive butter and finished with Vampire Killer Salt.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip), cut into bite-size chunks
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (like avocado or grapeseed)
- 1 tsp Vampire Killer Garlic Salt
- 2 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic chives
- Optional: crusty bread or roasted potatoes for serving
Instructions
- Make the Butter: Mix softened butter with chopped garlic chives. Set aside.
- Season the Steak: Toss steak chunks with Vampire Killer Salt. Let sit 10–15 minutes.
- Sear: Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high. Sear steak bites on all sides until golden and crisp.
- Finish: Top hot steak bites with garlic chive butter and spoon any pan juices over them.
- Serve: Pair with crusty bread or roasted potatoes and enjoy immediately.
