Cool Ranch Burgers

Ingredients:

  • Burger Patties:

    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    • 1/2 teaspoon Summa Salts Cool Ranch salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black peppercorn
  • Cool Ranch Burger Sauce:

    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 2 teaspoons dried chives
    • 2 teaspoons paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon Summa Salts Cool Ranch salt
    • 1-2 tablespoons milk
  • Additional Ingredients:

    • Cool Ranch Doritos (crushed)
    • Burger buns
    • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cool Ranch Burger Sauce:

    • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dried chives, paprika, dried dill, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and Summa Salts Cool Ranch salt.
    • Whisk in the milk until the mixture is smooth and has a thicker consistency for spreading on burger buns.
    • Serve immediately, or for best flavor, chill for 2 hours before serving.
  2. Make the Burger Patties:

    • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, Summa Salts Cool Ranch salt, and black peppercorn.
    • Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
    • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty.
  3. Cook the Patties:

    • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. Assemble the Burgers:

    • Spread the Cool Ranch Burger Sauce on the burger buns.
    • Place the cooked patties on the buns.
    • Top each patty with crushed Cool Ranch Doritos.
    • Add any additional toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.) if desired.
    • Serve and enjoy!
